ADM Endeavors Reports 10.6% Revenue Growth in Q1 2026; New 100,000-Square-Foot Facility Completed

ADM Endeavors, Inc. (OTCQB: ADMQ), the parent company of Just Right Products and FW Promo, reported financial results for the first quarter of 2026, highlighting a 10.6% year-over-year revenue increase to $1.02 million. The growth was fueled by a 15% rise in promotional sales, which reached $940,861, and a 27% surge in embroidery sales compared to the same period in 2025.

The company also improved its gross margin from 21.8% in Q1 2025 to 23.3% in Q1 2026, with gross profit climbing 18% to approximately $239,000. This margin improvement outpaced revenue growth, reflecting enhanced efficiency and a favorable product mix. Management attributed the gains to continued strength across core operations and scalable business practices.

A key milestone was the completion of a new 100,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in North Texas. This facility is expected to support larger production runs, improve workflow integration, and expand fulfillment capabilities. The company has added prominent exterior signage to the building, aiming to strengthen its brand visibility in the Dallas–Fort Worth market. According to management, the facility positions ADM Endeavors to pursue broader customer opportunities and long-term growth.

General and administrative expenses increased during the quarter due to costs associated with transitioning from the prior facility to the new one. The company views these expenses as part of a strategic investment in long-term operating capacity and future scalability.

Management stated, “Q1 reflected continued progress across our core business and an important operational transition for ADM Endeavors. With stronger promotional sales, increased embroidery demand, improved gross margin, and a newly completed 100,000 square foot manufacturing facility, we believe the company is building the infrastructure needed to support larger opportunities, greater visibility, and long-term growth.”

The company reported no pending or threatened lawsuits as of the filing date. ADM Endeavors continues to focus on scaling its vertically integrated operations, including branding, apparel, uniforms, embroidery, screen printing, promotional products, sourcing, digital production, and retail services. The company’s subsidiary, Just Right Products, serves businesses, schools, organizations, and individuals across Texas.

These results underscore the company’s progress in expanding its production platform and improving financial performance. The new facility and margin improvements may enhance the company’s competitive position in the promotional products industry.
