ADM Endeavors Selected for Two New City Uniform Contracts, Including City of More Than 1 Million

ADM Endeavors, Inc. (OTCQB: ADMQ), a vertically integrated provider of custom apparel and uniforms, announced that its subsidiary Just Right Products, Inc. has been selected for two new city uniform contracts. One contract is with a city of approximately 40,000 residents, while the other is with a city exceeding 1 million residents, based on U.S. Census Bureau estimates, making it the largest municipality the company has served. Both contracts are pending approval by their respective city councils.

Marc Johnson, CEO of ADM Endeavors, expressed pride in the achievement, noting that the larger contract has been a goal for over seven years. "This is exactly what we have been working toward," Johnson said. "The larger of these two cities is a little personal for me. We have been pursuing this account for more than seven years, and winning it validates all the hard work our team has put in."

The selection underscores the company's capability to meet stringent public-sector requirements. Municipal contracts are awarded through competitive procurement processes, and cities of this size demand high standards in price, quality, service, and delivery. ADM Endeavors' existing track record includes serving 17 Texas cities, 12 independent school districts, 5 colleges, and 3 counties, supported by its 100,000-square-foot production facility in Fort Worth, Texas.

This contract with the larger city could significantly impact the company's revenue stream. Cities with populations over 1 million employ thousands of uniformed personnel across departments such as public works, water utilities, parks, and transportation, with recurring annual apparel needs. Once approved, this would be the most significant municipal opportunity in ADM Endeavors' history. The second contract, with a smaller city, aligns with the company's existing customer profile, bringing its total to 19 Texas cities if both are approved.

Both contracts are subject to city council approval and final contract execution. Municipal contracts are typically multi-year agreements with orders placed as needed, so revenue will depend on order volume over time. The company plans to provide updates once finalized.

This news follows recent momentum for ADM Endeavors. On September 3, the company announced that eight city fire departments placed orders after its appearance at the Tarrant County Fire and Arson Investigators Association Conference. In August, the company reported a return to profitability for Q2 2026, with revenue increasing 11.4% to $1,307,924 and net income of $62,061, compared to a net loss in the prior year, without dilution to shareholders.

Johnson highlighted the significance of the facility investment: "An account of this size is the reason we invested in our Fort Worth facility. The capacity is in place, the team is in place, and we are ready to begin the day the councils give their approval. Public-sector customers renew, and they refer. Every city we add makes the next one easier to win."

The selection of ADM Endeavors for these contracts, particularly the large city, demonstrates the company's growing presence in the municipal uniform market and could lead to further opportunities in the public sector.
