The ALPHAWHISPERERS™ House convened at the United Nations Delegates Dining Room during UNGA80 on September 22, 2025, marking the premier global leadership gathering focused on developing strategic influencers who operate behind powerful decision-makers. The event brought together global executives, innovators, and cultural leaders under the theme "Powering the Future: A New Breed of Exponential Leaders," signaling a new approach to leadership development that emphasizes quiet influence over public prominence.
Founder and CEO Janet C. Salazar articulated the movement's core philosophy, stating, "I believe that the present world could be better, and the future even better – with the help of a new breed of Alpha Whisperers." This concept represents a fundamental shift in how influence operates within global power structures, focusing on the strategists and advisors who shape decisions from behind the scenes rather than the public figures who implement them. The organization's mission centers on cultivating these influential figures who represent what Salazar describes as "the unseen power behind the power."
The afternoon program blended leadership development with cultural experiences, featuring opening remarks from Salazar and Dr. Joshua W. Walker, President and CEO of Japan Society. The event included a sound-therapy performance by The Frequency School, led by Grammy-nominated artist Maejor alongside performers Martina Fuchs, Kingsley M, Brandon Lee, and Aaron Dawson. This integration of artistic expression with leadership discourse reflects the movement's holistic approach to developing influential leaders.
Notable discussions included a Generational Leadership Spotlight featuring Tomonari Abe, the 10th Generation CEO of Abe Yoando Pharma, who shared how his family legacy informed his ambitious leadership "moonshot." Fireside chats with Demee Koch, Founder and CEO of DE MOI, and Amantia Muhedini, UBS Head of Sustainable and Impact Investing Americas, provided insights into diverse leadership approaches across industries. Keynotes from Dr. Kellyann Petrucci, bestselling author and longevity expert, and Dr. Hidekazu Yamada, President of the Japanese Society of Anti-Aging Medicine, connected leadership development with broader societal trends in health and wellness.
Panel discussions featured leaders from prominent organizations including Shifra Ansonoff from BlackRock, Annabelle Manalo-Morgan from Masaya Medical, Hiroshi Abe and Nick Akira Yoshida from Abe Yoando Pharma, Lindsay O'Neill from Wellness Eternal & Biohacking Index, and financial coach Kelly Gushue. These conversations addressed the practical application of influence across financial, medical, and wellness sectors.
The event concluded with closing remarks from Salazar, Victoria Kar as Master of Ceremony and Chair of the AlphaWhisperers Global Council, and council members, followed by a final performance by The Frequency School. Salazar emphasized the urgency of their mission, stating, "Reframing how power and influence operates at the highest levels of our society is the only way to democratize and humanize decision-making at the top—leading to systemic, generational, and sustainable change that could shape a better future, and save our civilization."
Following the successful New York convening, ALPHAWHISPERERS™ House plans to expand to Davos, Washington, DC, and Athena, continuing its mission to activate exponential leaders through its unique approach to influence and decision-making. The movement represents a significant development in leadership philosophy that could reshape how power operates within global institutions and corporations.
