Amadeus Fire Group Extends COO Dennis Gerlitzki's Contract Early by Five Years

The Supervisory Board of the Amadeus Fire Group has early reappointed Dennis Gerlitzki, COO Personnel Services, to the Management Board for an additional five years, extending his contract from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2031. The decision underscores the company's commitment to continuity and experienced leadership during a period of economic uncertainty in Germany.

Michael Grimm, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, emphasized the importance of Gerlitzki's reappointment, stating, 'We are pleased to continue the shared and successful development of the Amadeus Fire Group together with Dennis Gerlitzki. In view of the current challenges facing the German economy, Dennis Gerlitzki’s extensive experience and proven expertise in personnel services are of particular importance to the Group.'

Gerlitzki began his career at Amadeus Fire Group in November 2003 and has been a member of the Management Board since 2019. His early contract extension signals the board's confidence in his leadership and the strategic direction of the Personnel Services segment. As COO, Gerlitzki oversees temporary employment, recruitment, interim and project management services, which are critical components of the group's offerings.

The Amadeus Fire Group, headquartered in Frankfurt am Main and listed in the Prime Standard (ISIN: DE0005093108), is one of Germany's leading providers of personnel services and professional training. The company focuses on placing specialized professionals and executives, as well as providing training and further education in the commercial and IT sectors. Its Training segment offers publicly funded, practice-oriented courses for individuals and businesses.

This early reappointment comes at a time when the German economy faces headwinds, including labor shortages and shifting workforce demands. By securing Gerlitzki's leadership for another five years, Amadeus Fire aims to navigate these challenges with a steady hand. The extension also provides clarity for clients, employees, and investors about the company's management stability. For the personnel services industry, this move reinforces the value of long-term leadership in adapting to economic fluctuations.
