Atlanta Golf & Social is expanding its footprint with a new location at the Lee + White development in Atlanta's West End. The new venue will combine indoor golf simulators and lessons with a casual sports bar atmosphere, occupying one of the last available spaces in the Lee + White food hall. The 3,767-square-foot facility is set to open in December 2024.
This marks the second location for Atlanta Golf & Social, the first being in downtown Chamblee. The expansion into Lee + White was facilitated by Leo Wiener and Kelly Wilson of Ackerman Retail, representing Ackerman & Co. and MDH Partners.
Jeremy Williams, co-owner of Atlanta Golf & Social, emphasized the synergy between their brand and the mixed-use development's community-focused environment. "Lee + White's mixed-use development is a gathering place for the West End community, and that makes it a great fit for us. We're excited to continue building that community through the game of golf," Williams said. He added that the venue will offer visitors a chance to improve their golf game or simply relax in a fun, social setting.
Kelly Wilson from Ackerman Retail echoed these sentiments, noting that the addition of Atlanta Golf & Social is a significant win for the development and the surrounding community. "This will be a unique offering at our food hall for visitors and the surrounding community, complementing the wide variety of food hall eateries and our recently opened central bar," Wilson said.
Lee + White, a 442,562-square-foot adaptive reuse project, has transformed the West End's former "Warehouse Row" into a bustling hub for foodies, beer lovers, and now, golf enthusiasts. The food hall already boasts 16 eateries and the Strangers in Paradise central bar. Some of the food hall's notable eateries include Cielito Lindo, Costa Coffee, Crème de la Crepe, Dough Boy Pizza, GoodAzz Burgers, Gekko Hibachi & Sushi, gusto!, Honeysuckle Gelato, One Korean Bistro, The Original Hot Dog Factory, Pastaholics, Sakura Sake Bar & Bottles, Sweet Red Peach, Vietvana, West Side Deli, and World Chicken.
In addition to its growing roster of eateries, Lee + White is also expanding its role as a business hub. JTEC Energy Inc. recently expanded its lease by 9,800 square feet, bringing the renewable energy company's total space to 28,575 square feet in Building 1050.
Atlanta Golf & Social aims to offer a modern golf experience using Trackman, a premier simulator technology trusted by PGA and LPGA players. The venue is designed to cater to the needs of today's golfer, emphasizing convenience, quality, and value. Each location features craft cocktails, elevated food options, and purposefully designed bar and lounge spaces. By day, it serves as a quiet space for lessons and practice, while by night it becomes a social and entertainment hub for groups and parties.
The addition of Atlanta Golf & Social to Lee + White is a testament to the development's ongoing evolution as a community and entertainment destination. This new venue not only enhances the diverse offerings of Lee + White but also strengthens its appeal as a gathering place for the West End community and beyond.
