AZIO AI Holdings (NASDAQ: AZIO) has announced the launch of Atlas One, a South Texas data center campus designed to address growing AI computing demand by developing dedicated, on-site power infrastructure. The project spans more than 548 acres and is engineered for up to 500 megawatts of planned behind-the-meter power capacity, according to the company’s announcement.
The Atlas One campus already has approximately 11 megawatts of natural gas generation and supporting electrical infrastructure secured, with about 6 megawatts activated for an initial Bitcoin mining workload. AZIO AI has also committed approximately $2.4 million to an AT&T agreement for dedicated enterprise fiber connectivity.
The launch is significant because it aims to connect AZIO AI’s GPU hardware business with its planned hosting infrastructure. This integration could streamline the delivery of AI compute capacity, which is in high demand as artificial intelligence workloads grow. Atlas One complements a separate agreement to sell up to 512 NVIDIA HGX B300 GPU systems to Power Champion Investment Limited for an estimated $307 million, the company said.
AZIO AI Holdings is a technology infrastructure company focused on developing, owning, and operating artificial intelligence data centers, enterprise GPU compute infrastructure, digital power solutions, and digital asset mining operations. The company operates as an integrated AI infrastructure business encompassing AI data center development, the sale and distribution of enterprise GPU systems and server infrastructure, high-performance computing solutions, power hosting, and strategic technology investments. It serves enterprise and institutional customers across domestic and international markets.
Through this diversified AI infrastructure strategy, AZIO AI is positioned to capitalize on the rapidly expanding global demand for AI infrastructure, compute capacity, digital power, and next-generation AI technologies. For investors, the Atlas One launch signals progress in building out the physical infrastructure needed to support AI computing at scale, which could be a key differentiator as power availability becomes a constraint for data center development.
