Bevel Awards $25,000 Grant to Double Dutch Aerobics at Invest Fest

Atlanta-based men's grooming brand Bevel has awarded a $25,000 business grant to Double Dutch Aerobics, a pioneering fitness program founded by Double Dutch World Champion Michelle Clark and Master Double Dutch Aerobics Instructor Sean Clark. The award was presented at the 4th annual Invest Fest, an in-person event that merges investing, entrepreneurship, pop culture, and entertainment.

Bevel, known for its premium grooming products tailored to Black and brown men, selected Double Dutch Aerobics from over 300 vendors at the conference. Founded in 2013 by Tristan Walker to address the unique grooming needs of Black men, Bevel has since expanded its offerings to include a range of hair, beard, shave, skin, and body care products. The brand remains dedicated to community service and supporting entrepreneurial ventures.

CEO Damon Frost announced the grant on the September 9, 2024, episode of Earn Your Leisure's Market Mondays Podcast. Invest Fest, held from August 23-25, 2024, at the Georgia World Conference Centre, featured presentations, panels, and workshops focusing on financial empowerment and entrepreneurialism. The event provided a platform for attendees to network with industry leaders, connect with fellow business owners, and pitch their business ideas for grants.

Invest Fest's unique blend of commerce and culture aims to empower the community by providing tools for financial wellness and business growth. Bevel's involvement in the festival underscores its commitment to community support through both product offerings and giveback initiatives.

"At Bevel, we are committed to serving our customers with product solutions to address their unique grooming needs and through giveback initiatives that we believe make a real impact in the community," said Bevel Marketing Leader Breann Davis. "We are grateful to Rashad, Troy, and the entire Invest Team for allowing us to partner with amazing companies like Double Dutch Aerobics and elevate the next generation of entrepreneurs who share our commitment to the community."

Bevel products, including razors and trimmers, are available on www.getbevel.com, Amazon.com, Ulta.com and ULTA Beauty stores, Target.com and Target stores, Walmart.com and select Walmart stores.
