Bizarre Coffee, an independent coffee shop known for its creative approach to beverages and community connection, is preparing to open its third metro Atlanta location in Roswell, Georgia. The new 3,500-square-foot shop, situated at 1090 Alpharetta Street, is slated for a fall 2025 debut and will be the company's largest venue to date.
Founded by Sabrina Kaylor in 2020, Bizarre Coffee has rapidly evolved from a farmers' market vendor to a multi-location coffee brand. The upcoming Roswell location represents a significant milestone in the company's growth strategy, offering an expanded menu that goes beyond its signature coffee blends to include specialty cocktails.
The new shop's location near Roswell's historic district provides a unique opportunity for the brand to establish a strong community presence. According to Kaylor, the expansion is about more than just selling coffee; it's about creating a welcoming 'third place' where customers can gather, connect, and experience the brand's distinctive atmosphere.
Bizarre Coffee's menu will continue to feature its popular in-house roasted coffees, including Freakish Dark Roast, Jammin' Toast Medium Roast, and Ethiopian Light Roast. The new location will also offer an extensive food menu with items like smoothies, bagels, sandwiches, and avocado toast, alongside innovative specialty drinks such as the Wanderlust Latte and S'more Me Plz.
The expansion reflects a broader trend of local coffee shops diversifying their offerings and creating more immersive customer experiences. By introducing craft cocktails and emphasizing community engagement, Bizarre Coffee is positioning itself as more than just a traditional coffee shop.
With two existing locations in Woodstock and Canton, the Roswell shop represents a strategic move to further establish the brand's presence in Northwest Atlanta. The company's growth suggests a strong local market for distinctive, community-focused coffee experiences that go beyond standard cafe offerings.
