At CEDIA Expo 2026 in Denver, BZBGEAR is set to debut its new REEVE™ control system, designed to unify video, audio, climate, cameras, and other connected devices into a single, zone-based interface. The announcement, made from Booth C900, addresses a common pain point in residential integration: the proliferation of separate remotes, apps, and wall panels that complicate everyday use. REEVE™ aims to eliminate this complexity by placing control on a wall-mounted tablet, eliminating the need for a rack or server PC.

The REEVE™ system operates on three components: REEVE™ Studio, a design tool for integrators; REEVE™ Player, the user-facing interface; and REEVE™ Cloud, which enables remote configuration and updates. Crucially, REEVE™ works without internet, keeping all controls and scenes on the tablet, while the cloud handles design and remote oversight when connectivity returns. The system is compatible with a wide range of third-party devices, including displays from Samsung, LG, Sony, and Vizio, as well as streaming sources like Chromecast, Apple TV, and Roku.
Alongside REEVE™, BZBGEAR is showcasing its expanded residential AV lineup, headlined by the XLink-ONE AV-over-IP family. These devices run on standard gigabit networking, avoiding the costly 10-gigabit infrastructure often associated with AV-over-IP. The BG-IPGEAR-XTREME offers a cost-effective multicast transceiver with KVM support, while the BG-IPGEAR-XTREME-PRO targets larger estates with 48Gbps HDMI 2.1, 4K120, and transmission up to 170 meters over Cat5e. The XTREME-PRO earned AV Technology Best of Show at IBC 2025, and the XLink-ONE family took Best of Show at InfoComm 2026.
For wireless video, the AIR4KAST family continues its award-winning streak, with models like the BG-AIR4KAST for retrofit installations and the BG-AIR4KAST-MKX for multi-display setups, capable of sending one signal to four receivers. The BG-AIR4KAST-PRO offers low latency (16-48ms) with 4K60 and HDR10, making it suitable for interactive applications. BZBGEAR also introduced right-sized switching solutions, including a 4x2 matrix at $199 and the BG-4K-VP44, a versatile 4x4 that functions as a seamless matrix, video wall processor, and multiviewer.
With a focus on practical 8K readiness, BZBGEAR's new switchers and matrices support 48Gbps bandwidth for full 4K120 4:4:4, with entry-level 8K switchers starting at $39. The company also highlights KVM as an under-sold category in residential, offering affordable options like a 2x1 4K KVM for $149 and a USB-C extender that powers a laptop over a single Cat cable.
