Cari McGee, a Tri-Cities real estate agent, has been ranked 43rd among all Washington real estate agents in the 2026 WSJ/RealTrends Verified agent rankings, based on 52 closed sales totaling $26.3 million in 2025. This marks her second consecutive year earning a spot on the prestigious list, which recognizes top-producing agents nationally.
According to the rankings, McGee's 52 transactions placed her as the 43rd most successful agent in Washington by sales count and among the top 1.5% of agents in the United States. In the Tri-Cities area, she ranked third among individual agents. Her $26.34 million in sales volume also ranked third in the Tri-Cities and 163rd statewide. These achievements are notable given that Tri-Cities home prices are among the lowest in any major metro area in Washington.
