Flash, a leader in end-to-end parking technology, has announced the appointment of Chris Donus as President. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Donus will take on an expanded role in overseeing day-to-day operations and collaborating closely with the leadership team. His focus will be on executing transformative strategies aimed at expanding Flash's digital demand network, EV charging, and parking platform, as well as driving the regionalized branch organization to deliver unparalleled partner experiences.
Dan Sharplin will continue as Chairman and CEO, concentrating on international growth, strategic transactions, and ecosystem partnerships. Sharplin emphasized the significance of Donus's promotion, stating, "This promotion reflects Chris’s exceptional leadership and expertise at this time of tremendous momentum for Flash as we rapidly scale our industry-leading parking and EV charging digital ecosystem. Before joining Flash, Donus served as COO and CFO at Wheel Health, a venture-backed telehealth platform developer that connects companies and clinicians for virtual care delivery. He has also held senior leadership roles at Lyft, where he was VP and Business Unit leader of Express Drive, generating over $400 million in rental revenue and over $2 billion in Lyft rides. His experience also includes serving as president and other leadership roles at Silvercar, as well as positions at Freescale Semiconductor, Hertz Global Holding, and Lucent Technologies.
