Hayek will oversee the organization's growing network of 172 independent providers, focusing on improving practice performance and maximizing the collective impact of the medical group.
With a proven track record of driving organizational success, Hayek previously served as vice president of operations and human resources at Consensus Health. In this role, she managed operations for 57 physician practices, led practice acquisitions, and managed provider recruitment and talent development.
Prior to joining Consensus Health, Hayek spent nearly two decades at AtlantiCare Health System, where she held pivotal leadership positions in healthcare operations and human resources. Her professional achievements include redesigning employee health programs, integrating over 30 physician practices, and establishing 20 new medical locations.
CEO Michael Lovett emphasized Hayek's leadership capabilities, noting her proven ability to partner with providers to improve patient experiences, enhance engagement, and ensure physician satisfaction and productivity. Her promotion fills the Chief Operating Officer role previously held by Lovett before his elevation to CEO.
Hayek's academic credentials include a bachelor's degree in business management from Slippery Rock University and a master's in business administration from Stockton University.
