The Building Texas Show, a podcast highlighting Texas communities, is promoting Christmas in Comfort, one of the Texas Hill Country's most anticipated holiday celebrations scheduled for November 29, 2025. The Comfort Chamber of Commerce-sponsored event will feature festive shopping, lively entertainment, and thousands of twinkling lights throughout the historic town.
This year's celebration carries special significance as local first responders will serve as grand marshals of the beloved lighted night parade in recognition of their dedication and hard work during recent flooding in the Texas Hill Country. Margaret Stone, Comfort Chamber of Commerce board member and Christmas in Comfort event organizer, emphasized the community's appreciation for emergency personnel. We want to show our appreciation for these brave men and women who are the backbone of emergency services for our communities, Stone said. We invite residents throughout the Hill Country to join us at the parade to express our gratitude for the service of our first responders.
The event showcases Comfort's recognition as a hidden gem within the Texas Hill Country, as featured on The Building Texas Show available at https://www.thebuildingtexasshow.com.
