Critical Infrastructure Technologies Ltd. (CSE: CTTT) (OTC: CITLF) (FRA: X9V) announced an update to its executed Letter of Intent (LOI) with H. Cegielski – Poznan S.A. (HCP), a subsidiary of Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa S.A. (PGZ), one of Poland’s leading defence and industrial groups. The LOI outlines a long-term strategic partnership focused on the production and deployment of the Nexus 20 autonomous platform in Central and Eastern Europe, addressing the requirements of the Polish Armed Forces and NATO’s Eastern Flank.
The update follows a visit by Brenton Scott, CEO of Critical Infrastructure Technologies, to HCP headquarters in Poznan from May 20-24, where discussions progressed on commercial, technical, and logistical arrangements. The first Nexus 20 prototype unit has been dispatched to HCP’s Poznań facility and is expected to arrive late July 2026 for technical evaluation, training, and Proof-of-Concept demonstrations with regional stakeholders.
The intended scope of cooperation includes production and assembly, establishing HCP as a manufacturing and integration hub for Nexus 20 platforms in the Central and Eastern European (CEE) region; technology transfer to ensure high-quality local maintenance, training, and operational support; and strategic market expansion, leveraging HCP’s position within the PGZ Group and CiTech’s international partnerships to pursue government and defence contracts.
The Nexus 20 platform provides rapid, autonomous telecommunications and surveillance infrastructure designed to support modern defence and critical security operations. By combining CiTech’s advanced platform technology with HCP’s industrial manufacturing capabilities and deep integration within the Polish defence sector, the partnership aims to deliver a world-class, sovereign-capable solution for European strategic clients.
“This partnership represents a significant step forward in CiTech’s international expansion strategy and will compliment the establishment of our EU Headquarters in Latvia,” said Brenton Scott, Chief Executive Officer of Critical Infrastructure Technologies. “By working alongside HCP and the PGZ Group, we are positioning the Nexus 20 platform to support allied defence capabilities across Central and Eastern Europe.”
The partnership is particularly significant given HCP’s history as a historic and strategically important manufacturing enterprise within the Polish defence sector, founded in 1846. HCP specialises in large-scale mechanical manufacturing, defence production, and industrial solutions, and is a subsidiary of PGZ, one of Poland’s leading defence groups. This collaboration could enhance regional security by providing NATO allies with advanced mobile communications and surveillance infrastructure.
CiTech is a leading developer of autonomous, high-capacity mobile communications and security platforms. The company’s self-deploying platform (SDP) uses patented technologies to address limitations in rapidly deployable communication solutions, including tower strength and rapid self-deployment. The SDP supports radio equipment such as LTE and other payloads, including surveillance and anti-drone systems. CiTech has completed research and development and is commercialising its product line.
