Datavault AI Secures $120M Term Sheet with Scilex for Quantum-Ready Edge Network Deployment Across 100 US Cities

Datavault AI (NASDAQ: DVLT) announced today that it has executed a binding term sheet with Scilex Holding Company for a $120 million cash contribution and revenue participation agreement to support the deployment of its quantum-ready, zero trust edge network. The funding is expected to support infrastructure build-out across an estimated 100 U.S. cities, enabling advanced AI, high-performance computing, and secure data processing capabilities.

Under the agreement, Scilex will receive a tiered share of network revenues up to defined caps. The partnership marks a significant step in expanding Datavault AI's infrastructure, which is designed to meet the growing demands of Web 3.0, AI, and high-performance computing applications. The network's quantum-ready and zero trust architecture aims to provide secure data processing for industries such as sports & entertainment, events & venues, biotech, education, fintech, real estate, healthcare, and energy.

Datavault AI's technology suite includes its Acoustic Science Division, featuring WiSA, ADIO, and Sumerian patented technologies for spatial and multichannel wireless HD sound transmission, and its Data Science Division, which leverages Web 3.0 and high-performance computing for experiential data perception, valuation, and secure monetization. The company's Information Data Exchange (IDE) enables Digital Twins and licensing of name, image, and likeness (NIL) by securely attaching physical real-world objects to immutable metadata objects.

The $120 million term sheet with Scilex represents a major financial commitment to scaling Datavault AI's edge network, which could have broad implications for industries reliant on low-latency, secure data processing. By deploying across 100 U.S. cities, the network could enhance capabilities in AI automation, third-party integration, detailed analytics, marketing automation, and advertising monitoring. For the broader industry, this deployment may accelerate the adoption of quantum-ready infrastructure, positioning Datavault AI as a key player in the evolving Web 3.0 landscape.
