DB Consulting and Encino Labs Partner to Boost Local Business Visibility in AI Search

DB Consulting has announced a strategic alliance with Encino Labs, a tech firm based in Bourne, Texas, aiming to enhance local service businesses' visibility on Google Maps, organic search, and AI-generated responses. The partnership combines DB Consulting's local SEO expertise with Encino Labs' technical development capabilities to create a robust visibility system for businesses reliant on local customers, scheduled appointments, and high-intent search engagements.

As more consumers use AI tools to compare local companies, business visibility now depends on more than traditional rankings. Search engines and AI systems need clear, structured, consistent information before they can understand, trust, and recommend a company. “Search has changed again, and local businesses need to adapt before their competitors do,” said David McInnis of Encino Labs and Director of Boerne.dev. “The businesses that publish clear, credible, well-structured information across trusted sources will have an advantage as AI systems become part of the customer discovery process.”

The partnership will focus on Google Business Profile improvement, local SEO, technical site cleanup, structured content, schema, authority signals, review strategy, and press release distribution. The goal is to help each business create stronger digital proof across the places search engines and AI systems evaluate. DB Consulting is led by David Brown, a 25-year SEO veteran and co-founder of the SEO 101 podcast. Encino Labs will support the technical side, including website implementation, structured data, content systems, automation, and digital infrastructure.

“AI systems depend on clarity,” said Nathaniel McInnis of Encino Labs. “When a business has consistent content, structured data, and trusted third-party signals, it becomes easier for search engines and AI tools to understand what that business does, where it operates, and who it serves.” “Local businesses are entering a new phase of search,” said David Brown, founder of DB Consulting. “It is no longer enough to show up in Google. Businesses also need to be clearly understood by the AI systems that summarize answers before a customer ever clicks a website.”

The companies are developing a 90-day local visibility system for service businesses in competitive markets. The system is designed to improve Google Map Pack visibility, strengthen website trust signals, and create clearer entity-level information for AI search tools. DB Consulting will continue to work with only one client per industry per area, helping avoid conflicts between competing local businesses. For more information, visit dbConsulting.
