Delivra Health Brands Inc. (TSX-V:DHB) has announced its expansion into the Middle East, specifically targeting the United Arab Emirates (UAE) as a new sales territory. This strategic move is part of the company's broader efforts to enhance its brand presence in the region, as discussed by CEO Gord Davey in a recent interview with Proactive's Stephen Gunnion.
Highlighting a successful trip to Dubai, Davey revealed that Delivra has partnered locally to distribute its product, Dream Water, throughout the UAE. Dream Water, already recognized as a drug product and widely available in Saudi Arabian pharmacies, aims to address the prevalent sleep issues among the growing population in the UAE.
Davey acknowledged the challenges faced during the nine-month regulatory approval process but credited the expertise of their local partner in navigating these complexities. He emphasized the significant market potential in the UAE, driven by an increasing population and widespread sleep disorders, which Dream Water is designed to alleviate.
Looking forward, Davey mentioned that Delivra Health is actively working on expanding into additional Middle Eastern territories. However, he refrained from specifying which countries due to ongoing regulatory approvals. Davey assured that the company remains committed to global growth and will continue to keep shareholders updated on their progress.
