This innovative technology aims to enhance workflow and maintenance management processes across multiple industries by allowing users to easily access critical drawings and documents through the simple scan of a QR code, using any device such as tablets, smartphones, or laptops, without the need for an additional app.
ScanNTap enables engineering teams to generate custom QR codes that can be attached to equipment, facilities, piping, assemblies, or other assets. This feature facilitates quick identification and access to important documents and drawings, including specifications, O&M manuals, standard operating procedures, safety data sheets, and maintenance checklists. ScanNTap will be available in Spring 2024 alongside Version 12.1 of eQuorum's ImageSite® and EngineBox™. This release marks a significant step forward in improving engineering workflow management and document accessibility for various sectors.
