FingerMotion Inc. (NASDAQ: FNGR), a mobile data and telecommunications services company expanding into the enterprise AI compute market, has noted that Lyken AI Computing Inc., operating as Lyken.AI, has entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Singapore-based SWARMNET SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. The MOU outlines an indicative framework under which Lyken would lease, host, manage and/or otherwise make available a 128-node NVIDIA B300 AI compute cluster to Swarmnet for inference workloads, along with token optimization services and related commercial arrangements.

FingerMotion acquired a 9.9% interest in Lyken in an all-stock transaction valued at $500,000 that closed Aug. 17, 2026. The contemplated arrangement calls for an indicative five-year term, but remains subject to Lyken securing sufficient funding, execution of definitive agreements and other conditions, with aggregate indicative revenues to be determined and disclosed upon execution of definitive agreements.

This development is significant for FingerMotion as it marks a strategic move into the rapidly growing AI infrastructure sector. By aligning with Lyken, FingerMotion positions itself to capitalize on the increasing demand for high-performance computing resources, particularly for AI inference workloads.
