Gina Kim Captures First LPGA Tour Victory at Dow Championship

Gina Kim, a PXG tour professional, secured her first LPGA Tour victory at the Dow Championship on June 15, 2026, alongside her partner. The duo carded a final-round 62 at Midland Country Club in Midland, Michigan, to finish at 17-under par and clinch the title. This win marks a significant milestone in Kim's career, highlighting her perseverance and growth in the sport.

“Winning on the LPGA Tour has been a dream of mine for a very long time,” said Kim. “There have been a lot of lessons, a lot of hard work, and a lot of people who have supported me along the way. To earn my first LPGA Tour victory alongside an incredible partner makes this moment even more special. I'm grateful to my team, my family, and everyone at PXG for believing in me and helping me reach this goal.”

Bob Parsons, Founder and CEO of PXG, praised Kim's determination. “Gina has worked tirelessly to get to this moment. She's a fierce competitor with an incredible attitude and determination. Watching her earn her first LPGA Tour victory is something we're all proud of. We couldn't be happier for Gina and her partner on this outstanding win.”

Kim joined PXG's professional staff in 2022 and has since built momentum at the highest level. Before this LPGA title, she captured three victories on the Epson Tour in 2025 and one in 2022, demonstrating the talent and consistency that have made her one of the brightest rising stars in women's golf.

Her bag setup for the tournament included the PXG Lightning Max 10K+ Driver (10.5°), PXG Lightning Fairway Wood (5), PXG Lightning Hybrids (22°, 25°, 28°), PXG 0317 T Irons (7-W), PXG Sugar Daddy Wedges (50°, 54°, 58°), and PXG Battle Ready II Brandon Putter.

This victory underscores the depth of talent on the LPGA Tour and the impact of equipment partnerships in professional golf. For Kim, it validates years of hard work and positions her as a contender in future events. The win also highlights PXG's continued success in supporting tour professionals, with a roster that includes Christiaan Bezuidenhout, Eric Cole, Céline Boutier, and Megan Khang among others.

Founded by Bob Parsons, PXG designs and manufactures golf clubs, apparel, and accessories, with a focus on custom fitting and performance. The company's professional staff spans both the PGA and LPGA Tours, and this win adds to their growing list of achievements.
