Skateboarding enthusiasts can look forward to free master classes and a comprehensive new resource for finding skateparks, as GOSKATE prepares for its Go Skate Day 2025 celebrations. The organization will host three free skateboarding lessons across North America, led by experienced instructors, while simultaneously expanding its global skatepark directory with 7,000 new listings.

The free master classes will take place in Seattle, Toronto, and St. Petersburg, featuring certified instructors with significant teaching experience. In Seattle, Gabriel Maloy, an instructor with 18 years of experience, will lead a session at Lake City Skatepark. Mohammad Fazli will host a class in Toronto at Markham Centennial Skatepark, welcoming riders of all skill levels from the Greater Toronto Area. Benjamin Pedigo will conduct a lesson in St. Petersburg, bringing his Florida skateboarding expertise to participants.

Beyond these events, GOSKATE has significantly enhanced its Worldwide Skatepark Directory, adding 7,000 new skateparks to its online platform. This expansion represents a substantial effort to make skateboarding more accessible and help riders discover new locations to practice their skills.

Robert Guirola, GOSKATE's Director of Excellence, emphasized the broader impact of skateboarding, stating that it builds resilience, confidence, and community. The organization views these events and directory expansion as critical steps in supporting local skateboarding communities and providing mentorship opportunities.

Rob Dunfey, GOSKATE's Founder and CEO, highlighted the global nature of skateboarding culture, noting that the expanded directory will help skaters find new locations both locally and internationally. The initiative reflects GOSKATE's commitment to connecting and supporting skateboarding communities worldwide.

These efforts demonstrate GOSKATE's ongoing mission to promote skateboarding as more than just a sport—it's a platform for personal growth, community building, and global connection. By offering free instructional events and comprehensive resources, the organization continues to make skateboarding more inclusive and accessible to riders of all ages and skill levels.
