HR.com, the largest network of human resources (HR) executives, has introduced the Future of Learning Technologies Advisory Board for 2025. This distinguished panel of industry experts will collaborate with HR.com’s HR Research Institute (HRRI) to provide comprehensive insights and practical strategies for leveraging learning and development (L&D) technologies in areas such as employee upskilling, reskilling, career advancement, and soft skills development.
The advisory board will play a pivotal role in offering crucial insights for upcoming research and a virtual event aimed at uncovering trends and best practices in technologies, tools, and solutions used by organizations to train and educate employees. While the scope includes learning management systems (LMS), learning content management systems (LCMS), and learning experience platforms (LXPs), the exploration will extend to how L&D technologies, solutions, architectures, and paradigms are expected to evolve in the near future.
The research findings from this initiative will be published in a comprehensive report offering detailed insights and recommendations. Additionally, a condensed two-page infographic will provide a quick reference for key points. The upcoming virtual event, scheduled for January 22, 2025, will feature a day of informative sessions from a variety of subject matter experts.
The newly appointed advisory board includes Christopher Allen, President of Allen Interactions; Matthew Casey-Sudvary, Learning and Talent Development Consultant; David Creelman, CEO of Creelman Research; JD Dillon, VP Strategic Alignment at Axonify; Mike Hruska, President and CEO of Problem Solutions; Mary Jackson, Chief Officer of Professional Resources at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP; Sheila Jagannathan, Global Head of Capacity Building and Digital Learning at The World Bank; Yuri Kruman, Fractional CHRO and CLO at HR, Talent & Systems; Lora Kyle, Global VP Talent Development at Chegg, Inc.; Mark Monaghan, VP of Organizational Development at iQor.com; Philip Pinkerman, Learning and Development Manager at Bristol Farms; and Karen Vieth, President and CEO of InSync Training.
