innoscripta SE Reports Strong First Half 2026: Revenue Up 43%, International Expansion on Track

innoscripta SE, a provider of the Clusterix software platform for managing research and development (R&D) activities, announced its financial results for the first half of 2026, revealing a significant increase in revenue and profitability. The company reported revenue of EUR 63.1 million, a 43% increase compared to the same period in 2025. Adjusted EBIT rose by 49% year-on-year to EUR 36.4 million, with an adjusted EBIT margin of 57.7%. These figures exclude EUR 535 thousand in non-recurring expenses related to corporate restructuring and the establishment of the group structure.

The strong performance is largely attributed to the German R&D tax allowance (Forschungszulage), which continues to drive demand for innoscripta's services. As a result, the number of customers increased to more than 2,900 during the first half of the year. The company has also made significant strides in strengthening its Clusterix platform as the central infrastructure for project structuring, data management, and application submissions. This enhancement enables automated data validation, higher data quality, and faster, more standardized processes, while also establishing consistent workflows across different markets, providing a technological foundation for international scaling.

International expansion has been a key focus, with successful market entries into France, the UK, and the US. In France, innoscripta opened its first location near Toulouse and has already secured customers. The UK market was entered with a location in Manchester, effective July 1, 2026, and the company is now active in the US, serving its first companies in this high-growth market. The flexibility of Clusterix in adapting to different regulatory requirements has been instrumental in facilitating efficient entry into new markets. Additionally, the company opened an office in Hamburg to support its regional expansion.

Given this performance, the Management Board has confirmed its guidance for the full year 2026, expecting group revenue of at least EUR 140 million and EBIT of at least EUR 80 million, assuming consistent timing of submission and approval of customers' applications. Detailed financial figures for the first half of 2026 are available in the Half-Year Report on the company's website in the Investors section. innoscripta will also host a virtual earnings call on its H1 2026 results today at 3:00 p.m. CEST, with the invitation and dial-in link available on the company's website under Investor Events.

This announcement underscores the growing importance of R&D tax incentives and the role of technology platforms in streamlining complex processes. For companies engaged in R&D, the expansion of innoscripta's services into new markets could mean more accessible and efficient ways to manage their innovation projects and claim tax benefits. The company's growth also signals a positive trend in the SaaS industry, particularly in the niche of R&D management, and highlights the potential for further internationalization of such services.

As innoscripta continues to execute its expansion strategy, its ability to adapt Clusterix to various regulatory environments will be crucial. The company's success in the first half of 2026 sets a strong foundation for meeting its annual targets and for future growth in existing and new markets.
