IVOREE Brings AI-Driven Mobile Engagement to All Three Kiowa Casinos

IVOREE, the omnichannel engagement platform serving operators across North America, has announced a mobile platform partnership with the Kiowa Casino Operations Authority (KCOA) that extends its patron engagement technology and artificial intelligence capabilities to all three Kiowa Casinos in Oklahoma: Kiowa Casino & Hotel in Devol, Kiowa Casino Carnegie in Carnegie, and Elk Creek Kiowa Casino in Hobart. The platform is now live across all three properties, giving patrons mobile-first access to real-time account information, tailored offers, campaigns, promotions, and play mechanics directly from their devices.

The significance of the deal lies in what it required behind the scenes. Kiowa's systems landscape includes AS/400-powered systems alongside cloud-based solutions, and integrating those environments was a key pillar identified early during the operator's due diligence process. “Kiowa's systems landscape and integration with all of them was a key pillar identified early during their due diligence process and we recognized the importance to them to ensure that was part of our critical success factors for this engagement,” said Manmohan Reddy, Head of Technology at IVOREE. The successful connection of legacy and cloud infrastructure demonstrates that modern AI-driven engagement can be layered onto existing casino technology without wholesale replacement, a consideration that matters for operators across the gaming industry.

For patrons, the platform's intelligent player-data layer enables each property to personalize the guest experience at the individual level while giving Kiowa Casinos a unified view of engagement activity across all three locations. The branded mobile experience carries the guest journey from the gaming floor through all property amenities. Callie Singh, who has led marketing for Kiowa Casinos since 2010, said the operator chose IVOREE after in-person visits and discussions with other operators already using the platform. “It was evident to us that their solutions were tried and tested in the field,” Singh said, adding that Kiowa conducted detailed due diligence on all aspects of the platform for deployment across gaming and non-gaming avenues.

Bob Dimmick, CEO of Kiowa Casinos, framed the partnership within a broader industry shift. “AI is reshaping every part of the gaming industry - from player acquisition and loyalty to operations, security, and strategy,” Dimmick said. He emphasized that Kiowa sought a partner with demonstrated strength in technology integrations, particularly with its existing systems landscape, and that IVOREE's extensive integration and architecture experience with large operators in the US, Canada, Latin America, and Africa made the difference, with security as a cornerstone of solution delivery.

The partnership also highlights the growing role of sovereign nation operators in adopting advanced engagement technology. “Kiowa Casinos is the kind of partner IVOREE was built for: a Sovereign Nation operator with the same conviction we have - AI-driven engagement, delivering innovative technology solutions targeted for patrons in the Central US, specifically Oklahoma and Texas,” said Benjamin Keller, Head of Business Development at IVOREE. The platform's reach spans gaming, hospitality, and the broader discretionary sector, serving historical horse racing operators, route markets, sovereign nation tribes, commercial gaming locations, restaurants, bars, and hotels across more than a dozen states in the US and Canada. The Kiowa properties themselves underscore the scale of the deployment: Kiowa Casino & Hotel in Devol is the flagship with roughly 64,000 square feet of gaming space and more than 700 slot machines; Kiowa Casino Carnegie offers more than 110 slot machines; and Elk Creek Kiowa Casino in Hobart, which opened in July 2025 as the first casino in Kiowa County, features more than 250 slot machines. Together, they generate jobs, training opportunities, and economic development for the Kiowa Tribe and surrounding Southwest Oklahoma communities. The partnership's go-live means those patrons can now engage with each property through a single, personalized mobile platform, a development that signals how tribal gaming operators can modernize patron engagement while preserving their existing technology investments.
