Jazmin Ramirez, Executive Director of Growth at CI Web Group, has been appointed Marketing Chair for Women in HVACR, joining the organization's Board of Directors. The announcement, made on September 4, 2026, positions Ramirez to lead the marketing committee responsible for promoting the nonprofit and supporting communications across its 1,200-member network.
Ramirez brings direct trades experience and nearly a decade of home services marketing and growth leadership to the role. Prior to joining CI Web Group, she held positions inside plumbing and HVAC companies, progressing from customer-facing roles into operations and marketing. In her current role at CI Web Group, she leads the company's growth organization, overseeing sales and the customer lifecycle.
"This role is an opportunity to help more women know what Women in HVACR has to offer and how they can be part of it," Ramirez said. "There is already so much great work happening across the organization. I'm excited to help tell those stories, expand our reach and make sure more women across the industry know these resources are here for them."
As Marketing Chair, Ramirez leads the committee that promotes Women in HVACR and supports communications throughout the organization. The committee collaborates with other Women in HVACR committees on press and industry outreach, the organization's newsletter, marketing for its annual conference, and promotion of educational programs and member resources.
"I've watched Jazmin take her deep understanding of the trades and grow into an incredible leader in this industry," said Jennifer Bagley, CEO of CI Web Group. "She understands the challenges contractors face, she knows how to bring people together, and she cares deeply about helping others succeed. I can't think of a better person to help lead the marketing efforts for Women in HVACR."
Women in HVACR supports more than 1,200 members through networking, mentoring and education designed to help women connect and advance within the HVACR industry. The organization, founded in 2002, provides opportunities for professional and personal growth through scholarships, industry events and professional development.
Ramirez's appointment comes as the HVACR industry continues to face workforce challenges, making the recruitment and retention of women a growing priority. With her background in both the trades and marketing, she is positioned to amplify the organization's message and attract more women to the field. CI Web Group, an AI-enabled marketing agency built for the trades, has more than 20 years of experience serving HVAC, plumbing, electrical and home service companies nationwide. The company is also the developer of Hydra OS, its website platform built specifically for home service businesses. For more information about Women in HVACR, visit womeninhvacr.org.
