Cindy Bradley, broker and owner of Signature Homes Real Estate in Knoxville, has been awarded the 2025 Good Neighbor Award by Tennessee REALTORS® for her exceptional community service through Sacred Grounds Hospice House, a nonprofit organization she founded in 2017.
Driven by personal experience with hospice care during her husband's illness, Bradley established Sacred Grounds to provide compassionate support for individuals facing life-limiting illnesses and their families. The organization has already assisted over 600 families, offering expert and empathetic end-of-life care.
The prestigious award includes a $5,000 grant that will directly support the organization's mission of expanding critical hospice care services. Tennessee REALTORS® President Will Sliger highlighted Bradley's commitment, noting that her work demonstrates how real estate professionals can significantly impact their communities beyond traditional professional boundaries.
Bradley's personal journey of loss transformed into a powerful mission of compassion, creating a supportive environment for families navigating challenging end-of-life experiences. As President of Sacred Grounds Hospice House's Board of Directors, she continues to lead efforts to provide dignity, comfort, and comprehensive support during life's most difficult moments.
The Good Neighbor Award recognizes REALTORS® who excel not only in their professional realm but also in their extraordinary community contributions. By honoring Bradley, Tennessee REALTORS® underscores the profession's potential to drive meaningful social change and support vulnerable populations.
