Dr. Cody Rodewald, D.C., owner of ALIGN Integrated Health in Lakeville, Minnesota, has been named a recipient of the 2026 Palmer College of Chiropractic 10-Under-10 Award. The honor recognizes recent graduates who have demonstrated leadership, made significant contributions to the chiropractic profession and remained active as mentors or volunteers.
Rodewald, a 2017 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic, is one of just 10 alumni selected for the 2026 honor. Palmer’s 10-Under-10 Award recognizes graduates from the past decade who are emerging leaders within chiropractic and their communities.
“I’m incredibly honored to receive this recognition from Palmer,” said Rodewald. “Chiropractic has given me the opportunity to serve people at every stage of life, and I’m grateful to be part of a profession that has had such a meaningful impact on so many families. I also feel a responsibility to help move chiropractic forward so that future generations can experience those same benefits.”
As founder of ALIGN Integrated Health, Rodewald has dedicated his career to helping individuals and families pursue healthier lives through chiropractic care. His patients have ranged from newborns and working parents to Olympic athletes and adults over 100 years old.
While Rodewald’s work is rooted in chiropractic’s history and principles, his focus extends to the future of the profession. He has sought to contribute not only through patient care but also by supporting the continued advancement and long-term growth of chiropractic.
Palmer College specifically recognized Rodewald for that combination of service and commitment, noting his work with patients across an unusually broad range of ages and backgrounds and his dedication to helping chiropractic thrive for generations to come.
The recognition places Rodewald among a select group of Palmer graduates from across the United States chosen for the 2026 award. Palmer College of Chiropractic maintains a worldwide network of more than 32,000 alumni and describes the 10-Under-10 honor as recognizing recent graduates who have made substantial contributions, demonstrated leadership and remained active mentors or volunteers.
“For me, it always comes back to serving the person in front of me,” Rodewald said. “Whether that person is a newborn, an athlete, a parent trying to stay healthy for their family or someone who is 104 years old, they deserve the same level of attention and commitment.”
