Law Bear Injury Lawyers Establishes Phoenix Headquarters Following Arizona Supreme Court Approval

Law Bear Injury Lawyers has officially established its headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona, following the firm's recent approval under the state's Alternative Business Structure (ABS) program. The new office, located at 2375 E. Camelback Rd., Suite 635, in the city's Camelback Corridor, will serve as the operational hub for the firm's statewide personal injury practice, supporting clients across Arizona with a focus on the greater Phoenix metropolitan area.

This move marks a significant milestone for the firm, which has been expanding its presence in Arizona's legal community. The headquarters will coordinate legal operations, case management, client intake, and administrative functions, and will house an 11-person core team, including a managing attorney, a senior case manager, intake professionals, operations leadership, and administrative staff. Two members of the firm's six-person intake department are based at the Phoenix location, while other leadership personnel work remotely to support firm operations throughout the state.

Sean Schmitt, president of Law Bear Injury Lawyers, emphasized the importance of having a permanent local presence. "Too many injured people in Arizona get treated like a file number by firms they'll never actually meet," Schmitt said. "We built Law Bear to be the opposite: a local team you can reach, that answers when you call, and that stays with you from the first conversation forward."

The establishment of the headquarters is closely tied to Law Bear's participation in Arizona's Alternative Business Structure program, which allows approved law firms to operate under a regulatory framework that combines innovation in legal services with oversight by the Arizona Supreme Court. Arizona is one of only a handful of states that permit such structures, and Law Bear's approval and physical presence in Phoenix underscore its commitment to leveraging modern operational systems to enhance transparency, accountability, and client service.

The firm's primary practice areas include car accidents, truck accidents, wrongful death claims, and other personal injury matters arising from negligence. By investing in local infrastructure and personnel, Law Bear aims to build lasting relationships within the communities it serves, ensuring that clients receive responsive and personalized attention throughout every stage of their legal matters.

This development is important for the Arizona legal landscape as it demonstrates how approved ABS firms can operate with a physical headquarters, potentially influencing other firms to consider similar models. For clients, the permanent Phoenix presence means easier access to the legal team and a more direct line of communication, addressing common frustrations with large, impersonal firms.

As Law Bear continues to grow, the headquarters will serve as the central foundation for its operations, supporting its mission to help injured individuals understand their legal rights and pursue fair compensation. With a dedicated team and a strategic location, Law Bear is positioned to serve Arizona residents effectively while contributing to the evolution of legal services in the state.
