On July 16, 2024, S&P Global, a leading credit rating agency, released the Sustainability Yearbook 2024 (China Edition), featuring Linklogis among its distinguished entries. This recognition is a testament to Linklogis's exemplary performance in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) aspects.
S&P Global, one of the Big Three credit rating agencies, has been a cornerstone of the global financial infrastructure for over a century. Annually, it publishes the Sustainability Yearbook, identifying top enterprises across various industries based on their sustainable development performance. The selection for this prestigious yearbook is determined by the Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA) scores from the preceding year, which evaluate companies on 62 industry-specific sustainability standards, covering dimensions such as the environment, society, governance, and economy.
Inclusion in the yearbook is highly competitive, with only the top 15% of companies in each industry, based on S&P Global CSA scores, making the cut. Additionally, these companies must rank among the top 30% within their industry. The 2024 edition marks the 20th consecutive year of this publication, with over 1,700 Chinese companies participating. Ultimately, 129 companies, including giants like Tencent, Baidu, JD.com, Xiaomi, and Kingdee, were selected, highlighting the rigorous selection process and the high standards required for inclusion.
Linklogis's inclusion in the Sustainability Yearbook underscores its outstanding achievements in ESG and its significant contributions to sustainable development. The company has integrated ESG principles into its governance structure and business management practices. In the realm of supply chain finance, Linklogis leverages advanced technological infrastructure to offer customized solutions to over 250,000 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
In 2023, Linklogis made substantial investments in green finance and renewable energy, supporting numerous high-tech enterprises. The company's efforts in sustainable supply chain finance are evidenced by the RMB19.2 billion in transaction assets related to areas such as renewable energy, rural revitalization, environmental protection, and intellectual property in 2023. This substantial figure reflects Linklogis's dedication and proactive approach to promoting sustainable development.
Looking ahead, Linklogis aims to continue prioritizing ESG and sustainable development. The company plans to explore more efficient and effective sustainable supply chain finance technology models and integrate these into its business strategies. By doing so, Linklogis seeks to support sustainable management and value creation, working collaboratively with industry partners to generate comprehensive economic, social, and environmental value.
