Low Poly Farms, an artist-driven voxel-art collectible brand, will host a one-night-only pop-up art gallery and live improv show on December 11, 2025, at Luna Factory in Los Angeles. The event represents the brand's first public gallery appearance and showcases its approach to merging digital aesthetics with physical craftsmanship and live performance.
The pop-up will debut the complete Low Poly Farms Winter Collection, including Apple, Beet, Broccoli, Melon, Pumpkin, Carrot, Lava Chicken, and Lava Pigeon sculptures. Each piece is handcrafted, limited-edition, signed, numbered, and made in the United States using museum-grade archival pigments and resin. Only 20 of each sculpture will be available for purchase at the event, emphasizing the exclusive nature of these collectibles.
Beyond the art display, the event features an immersive window installation, interactive displays with brand mascot "Lowpoly Joe," and the debut of new apparel including limited-run tees and one-off exclusives. At 8 p.m., the venue transitions into a live comedy experience with Jive Joint featuring Super Tall Paul, offering a blend of crowd-fueled comedy, characters, and musical improv from 8:00 to 11:00 PM. Admission to the live show is free with RSVP through info@lowpolyfarms.com.
Creator and sculptor Austin Horton, who previously sculpted props for the Minecraft Movie premiere, described Low Poly Farms as building a world that combines "Minecraft nostalgia, part Midwestern myth, part futuristic art toy culture." This event marks the first opportunity for the public to experience that world in person, bridging digital gaming culture with tangible art objects. The brand's focus on limited runs and quarterly drops, detailed on their website at https://lowpolyfarms.com, positions it within the growing niche of art toys and collectibles that appeal to both gaming enthusiasts and art collectors.
The integration of live performance with art exhibition reflects a broader trend in experiential retail and art events, where boundaries between different creative disciplines blur. For collectors and enthusiasts, events like this provide access to limited-edition works that combine nostalgia with contemporary art practices, while for the brand, it serves as a platform to build community and showcase its unique aesthetic ahead of future quarterly releases.
