McEwen Inc. Schedules Q2 2026 Results Conference Call, Highlighting Copper and Gold Projects

McEwen Inc. (NYSE: MUX) (TSX: MUX) announced it will host a conference call on Thursday, Aug. 6, 2026, at 11 a.m. EDT to discuss its financial results for the second quarter of 2026 and provide updates on its projects. The call will include prepared remarks from management followed by a live question-and-answer session with participants. Shareholders and other attendees may join the event via webcast, while analysts and other participants wishing to ask questions by phone are required to register in advance. An archived replay of the webcast will be available on McEwen’s media page approximately two hours after the live event concludes.

This announcement comes as McEwen continues to advance its portfolio of gold and silver mines and a large copper development project. The company’s gold and silver operations are located in prolific mineral-rich regions, including the Cortez Trend in Nevada, USA, the Timmins district of Ontario, Flin Flon in Manitoba, and the Deseado Massif in Santa Cruz province, Argentina. McEwen is also reactivating its gold-silver El Gallo Mine in Mexico.

One of the key highlights is McEwen’s 46.3% interest in McEwen Copper, which owns the advanced-stage Los Azules copper development project in San Juan province, Argentina. This region hosts some of the country’s largest copper deposits. According to the last financing for McEwen Copper, the implied value of McEwen’s ownership interest is US$456 million (US$7.67 per share). The Los Azules project is designed to be one of the world’s first regenerative copper mines and aims to be carbon neutral by 2038. Its Feasibility Study results were announced in a press release dated October 7, 2025.

In addition to its mining assets, McEwen recently purchased 27.3% of Paragon Advanced Labs Inc., a newly listed public company that is deploying PhotonAssay units around the world. This technology is believed to be poised to become the new industry standard for assaying precious and base metals, with Paragon aiming to be one of the leading service providers.

The company’s chairman and chief owner, Rob McEwen, has invested over US$250 million personally and takes a salary of $1 per year, aligning his interests with shareholders. He is a recipient of the Order of Canada, a member of the Canadian Mining Hall of Fame, and a winner of the EY Entrepreneur of the Year (Energy) award. His objective is to build MUX’s profitability, share value, and ultimately implement a dividend policy, as he did while building Goldcorp Inc.

This conference call is important for investors and industry observers as it will provide insights into McEwen’s financial performance and project developments. The company’s focus on copper, a metal essential for electrification and renewable energy, positions it in a growing market. The Los Azules project, with its regenerative and carbon-neutral goals, could set a new standard for sustainable mining. Additionally, the investment in Paragon Advanced Labs could revolutionize the assaying industry, potentially benefiting McEwen’s operations and the broader sector.
