Metavesco Launches OTC Squawk, a Social Network Exclusively for Over-the-Counter Traders

Metavesco, Inc. (OTC PINK: MVCO) announced the launch of OTC Squawk, a social network purpose-built for the over-the-counter (OTC) market, providing a centralized home for ticker-level research, due diligence, and real-time conversation. The platform is now in closed beta, with the first wave of users onboarded and a waitlist open at otcsquawk.com where traders can reserve their @handle ahead of wider access. Seats open in waves during the closed beta.

OTC Squawk addresses a long-standing fragmentation in OTC trading, where investors have relied on scattered threads across general-purpose platforms. The new platform consolidates ticker pages, long-form due diligence, market data, live discussion, and an earned, transparent reputation system into one environment built exclusively for the OTC market. Each supported OTC symbol gets its own page featuring price data, day range and volume, price history, OTC tier and sector, a direct link to SEC EDGAR filings, top contributors, and the live conversation around the name.

Traders can post in three formats: quick Squawks, Threads, and full Due Diligence write-ups that live as a first-class content type and are displayed natively on the ticker page. Every post can be tagged bullish or bearish. The platform introduces Motion, a publicly displayed reputation score earned through consistent, high-quality participation, allowing members to easily identify who produces the most respected research in each name. Transparency is built in: the exact formulas behind how feeds rank are published on the platform’s “How it works” page, open to every member, and default feeds cannot be bought—there is no pay-to-rank.

Alongside the launch, OTC Squawk is opening applications for Ambassadors—a cohort of creators, traders, and community leaders in the OTC market who will help build the platform from its earliest days. Creators covering the OTC market can apply through their account at otcsquawk.com/ambassador.

The launch of OTC Squawk is significant for OTC traders who have long lacked a dedicated space for research and discussion. By pulling together market data, due diligence, and live conversation with a transparent reputation system, the platform aims to improve transparency and efficiency in OTC trading. The closed beta and waitlist approach ensures early adopters help shape the platform's development. Separately, Metavesco said it expects to file its quarterly report for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, in the next ten business days and noted work on the annual report for the year ending June 30, 2026, is already underway.

Access during beta is invite-only, but traders can join the waitlist and reserve their @handle now at otcsquawk.com. With an open feedback channel allowing anyone to contribute feature ideas, OTC Squawk positions itself as a community-driven tool for the OTC market.
