Members include Jarrett Barrios, Senior Vice President for International Services and Services to Armed Forces at the American Red Cross; Amanda Montgomery, Managing Director at Sycamore Tree Capital Partners; Dr. Becky Petitt, Vice Chancellor for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion at the University of California San Diego; Joyce Rowland, former Chief Human Resources Officer at Sempra Energy; and Allen Young, Government Affairs Manager at Cox Communications.
These council members will play a crucial role in supporting the National Rainbow College Fund through advocacy, community relations, strategic guidance, and fundraising efforts. Additionally, they will be involved in evaluating scholarship applications alongside a team of volunteers, ensuring a fair and comprehensive selection process.
