Naturally Amish, a leader in eco-conscious lifestyle products, will open its first physical retail location in Angola, Indiana this November. The 4,000-square-foot store at 3096 West Maumee Street will feature sustainable home goods, Amish products, ethically sourced beef, and home-brewed coffee, marking the company's transition from startup to experiential retail presence.
The store opening represents a strategic expansion into the Midwest retail market with a focus on sustainability education and community engagement. According to Noah Wagler, Co-Founder and CEO of Naturally Amish, the location serves as more than a shopping destination. "This store is more than just a place to shop - it's a community hub where customers can learn about eco-friendly living and discover everyday products that reduce environmental impact," Wagler stated.
The company's growth trajectory includes a second location planned for Spring 2026 to accommodate increasing brand demand. The Angola store will incorporate innovative environmental technologies, hands-on product demonstrations, and locally sourced decor from the Amish community. As part of the grand opening celebration, Naturally Amish will host sustainability workshops, product giveaways, and donate 10% of launch weekend proceeds to Dove's Nest Unlimited, an Indiana nonprofit focused on environmental education.
Simulated Environment Concepts, Inc. (SMEV) has been engaged in negotiations and secured two physical sites to manage daily operations for Naturally Amish. The expansion includes plans for direct-to-consumer beef sales and the introduction of new technologies under the Naturally Amish brand. These technologies could include innovations in beef production, animal feed, seed development, manure management, water conservation, and other agricultural advancements.
Wagler recently discussed these developments in a 30-minute podcast available at https://www.wlki.com/blog.php?article=133466, where he outlined the company's vision for integrating sustainable technologies into their operations. "Due to my faith and community involvement, I felt compelled to share the current developments surrounding the growth of the Naturally Amish brand," Wagler explained regarding the decision to publicize ongoing negotiations.
The expansion signals growing consumer interest in sustainable and ethically produced goods in traditional retail markets. By establishing physical locations in the Midwest, Naturally Amish brings eco-friendly products and sustainability education directly to consumers who might otherwise lack access to such options. The company's commitment to regenerative agricultural practices and biodegradable materials positions it at the forefront of the sustainable retail movement.
As negotiations progress, the company plans to provide updates through official channels including https://x.com/SMEVCO and https://www.facebook.com/61581078278480. The successful implementation of this retail model could influence other sustainable brands to consider physical locations in similar markets, potentially reshaping how eco-conscious products reach consumers beyond urban centers.
