A new extended-stay hotel is set to transform the hospitality landscape in LaGrange, Georgia, after Noble Investment Group acquired a 2-acre property for $1.5 million. The site, located in the Sola mixed-use development, will become home to a 4-story, 124-room StudioRes by Marriott, strategically positioned near the Interstate 85/Whiteville Road interchange and adjacent to Great Wolf Lodge Water Park.

The development represents a significant investment in the region's hospitality infrastructure, targeting the increasing market demand for affordable, longer-term accommodation. StudioRes, a Marriott brand specifically designed for extended stays, offers fully furnished studios with distinctive amenities that cater to travelers seeking more than traditional hotel experiences.

Each StudioRes room will feature queen beds, functional kitchenettes, dedicated workspaces, and access to communal facilities including a fitness room and guest-paid laundry. The transaction was brokered by Ackerman/Pioneer Land Advisory Group professionals John Speros, JT Speros, and Kyle Gable, who have a proven track record of facilitating commercial real estate developments.
