With Hispanics and Latinos constituting 19% of the U.S. workforce and their numbers growing by 69% over the past two decades, this recognition is both timely and critical.
The selection process was thorough, involving analysis of publicly available data, interviews with HR professionals, and surveys from over 47,000 Hispanic and Latino professionals, alongside more than 700,000 company reviews. Companies like Cedars-Sinai, Crocs, JetBlue, JPMorgan Chase, and Mercedes-Benz have been recognized for their efforts in fostering inclusive workplaces. Jennifer H. Cunningham, Editor-in-Chief of Newsweek, emphasized the importance of this list as a resource for job seekers looking for employers that value diversity and cultural inclusion.
