The training focuses on Hands-Only CPR, a technique equally effective as traditional CPR in emergency situations. This approach is particularly crucial given that nearly 75% of cardiac arrests occur in homes, often involving family members or close contacts.

The American Heart Association aims to double cardiac arrest survival rates by 2030, addressing a critical public health need.
