Pressure Point Roofing Acquires Evergreen Roofing, Strengthening Pacific Northwest Presence

Pressure Point Roofing (PPR), a Pacific Northwest roofing company backed by Tambr Partners through its holding company Pacific Northwest Roofing Services, has acquired Evergreen Roofing of Oregon. The acquisition, announced June 11, 2026, adds approximately 60 employees to PPR's workforce and expands its service area across Oregon, Southern Washington, and Northern California.

Evergreen Roofing, founded in 1989 by Eugene native Curtis Large, has served Oregon with commercial and residential roofing solutions including re-roofing, repair, and maintenance. The company built a reputation for quality craftsmanship and integrity over more than three decades, becoming one of the largest full-scale roofing contractors in Oregon. Under the acquisition, Evergreen will continue to operate under its own brand as part of the expanding PPR platform.

This transaction brings together two companies with complementary service offerings and a shared commitment to quality and customer service. PPR, also founded in 1989, serves customers throughout Oregon, Northern California, and Southwest Washington, including healthcare facilities, schools, manufacturing centers, and hospitality. The combination positions the two companies as a comprehensive roofing provider across the region.

Curtis Large, founder of Evergreen, expressed confidence in the transition. "When I reconnected with Matt, he had just completed his partnership with Tambr, and his message about their approach to keeping our businesses in the hands of local operators really resonated with me," Large said. He plans to remain active in the Eugene business community and continue to support Evergreen.

Matt Stone, President & CEO of PPR, highlighted the strategic value of the acquisition. "Having known Evergreen Roofing for nearly 20 years, I have long respected the outstanding company Curtis has built and led," Stone said. "Bringing together the teams at PPR and Evergreen Roofing is an exciting opportunity to better serve our commercial, residential, repair and maintenance customers with even greater strength, efficiency, and reach."

The acquisition reflects Tambr Partners' focus on partnering with founder-led businesses that demonstrate durability and strong internal culture. Kevin Livingston, Co-Founder and CIO of Tambr and Executive Chairman of Pressure Point Roofing, noted the alignment between the two companies. "Like Matt, Curtis has dedicated himself to the roofing trade," Livingston said. "He built Evergreen on the shoulders of dedicated employees and a commitment to serving the community. Evergreen and PPR are truly cut from the same cloth, and merging these two leaders of their respective territories is such a rare opportunity."

For the roofing industry, this consolidation signals continued M&A activity in the sector, driven by companies seeking scale and market coverage. For customers, the combined entity offers a broader service footprint and potentially improved efficiency. For employees, the acquisition provides stability and growth opportunities within a larger organization.
