Companies invest heavily in winning new customers, but often neglect the ones they already have until renewal is at risk. This costly disconnect is the target of Sighub's new app, Renewal Radar, designed to work directly within HubSpot.
According to a press release, sales teams have pipelines, forecasts, and follow-up sequences for new revenue, but once a customer signs, the signals that matter before renewal can become much easier to miss. In HubSpot, renewal dates and customer activity may sit across deals, line items, quotes, subscriptions, custom objects, and other CRM records. The information can be there while the customer itself receives too little attention at the moment it matters most.
Renewal Radar addresses this problem by working with the information already stored in HubSpot, rather than requiring teams to move customer data into another customer success platform. It scans customer accounts, identifies the strongest available renewal signal, and checks whether recent activity suggests the customer is already receiving attention. When those signals point to a customer that may be slipping through the cracks, Renewal Radar surfaces the account so the responsible team can act.
"Companies put enormous effort into winning new customers, but existing customers can become surprisingly easy to overlook once the deal is closed," said Ulaş Arslan, founder of Sighub. "Customers notice that long before a renewal is officially at risk. We built Renewal Radar to help teams spot that gap while there is still time to do something about it."
The app is designed as a lightweight layer on top of HubSpot, not a replacement for an existing CRM or customer success process. It monitors renewal information across multiple HubSpot sources while taking recent customer activity into account. When an account requires attention, Renewal Radar can surface the risk and create a focused task for the responsible team. When the situation is resolved, the alert can resolve with it.
The approach is aimed particularly at Customer Success and RevOps teams that already manage customers in HubSpot but do not want to introduce a separate enterprise customer success platform simply to make sure existing revenue receives the same attention as new pipeline.
For companies focused heavily on growth, the uncomfortable question is not only how many new customers are being won. It is whether the customers they already fought to win still feel like somebody is paying attention.
Renewal Radar is available for HubSpot users through Sighub and the HubSpot App Marketplace. More information is available at sighub.io.
