Silynxcom Ltd. (NYSE American: SYNX), a developer and manufacturer of ruggedized tactical communication headsets, announced unaudited interim condensed consolidated financial results for the six months ended June 30, 2026, showing significant growth in revenue and gross profit compared to the prior-year period.
Revenue for the first half of 2026 reached $6.2 million, a 174% increase from $2.3 million in the first half of 2025. Gross profit rose 338% to $3.6 million from $0.8 million. The company also narrowed its operating loss to $0.7 million from $1.6 million in the prior-year period. As of June 30, 2026, Silynxcom reported $2.6 million in cash and cash equivalents and $5 million in shareholders’ equity.
The revenue surge was largely driven by heightened demand for tactical communication systems in Asia, where revenue reached $3.1 million during the first half, compared with $0.1 million a year earlier. This represents a substantial expansion in a key market for the company’s products.
CEO Nir Klein attributed the growth to the company’s efforts to expand its presence and brand awareness in new markets, establish strategic relationships with agents and resellers, and strengthen its global channel network, particularly across Asia and Europe.
“We expanded our presence and brand awareness in new markets, established strategic relationships with agents and resellers and strengthened our global channel network, particularly across Asia and Europe,” Klein said.
Silynxcom’s in-ear headset devices are used in combat, riot control, demonstrations, weapons training, and industrial environments. They integrate with professional-grade ruggedized radios from third-party manufacturers used by military personnel, homeland security agencies, law enforcement, and civilian users worldwide. The headsets provide hearing protection while enabling clear communication and maintaining ambient environmental awareness through active sound protection technology. Designed for compatibility with helmets and other protective gear, the systems also incorporate features such as drone detection, sound leak testing, and prerecorded messaging to address evolving operational requirements.
The company’s financial performance in the first half of 2026 indicates a strengthening demand for its tactical communication solutions, particularly in Asia. The significant increase in gross profit and reduction in operating loss suggest improved operational efficiency and potentially greater scalability as the company continues to expand its global footprint.
For investors, the results may signal a positive trajectory for Silynxcom, with growing revenue and a stronger balance sheet. The company ended the period with $2.6 million in cash and $5 million in shareholders’ equity, providing a foundation for continued growth and investment in product development and market expansion.
