SKYX Technologies to Deploy Smart Systems in First European Hotel Renovation

SKYX Platforms Corp. (NASDAQ: SKYX), a smart home and AI platform technology company, announced it will deploy its advanced smart technologies during a master renovation of The Grand Hotel du Parc, a historical hotel in La Bourboule, France, marking its first European hotel project. The hotel, part of Group OTT, is undergoing a three-phase renovation and new build that includes 100 existing rooms and suites, with 30 additional rooms planned. SKYX will supply thousands of units of its plug-and-play smart products, including ceiling lighting, ceiling fans, recessed lights, down lights, EXIT signs, emergency lights, indoor and outdoor lights, and wall lights.

The renovation covers bars, restaurants, ballroom, spa, gym, lobby, meeting rooms, corridors, and other areas. SKYX’s technologies are designed to reduce renovation time and cost by up to 90% compared to traditional methods, a significant advantage for hotel owners and developers. The company’s expansion into Europe provides additional opportunities for future recurring revenues through interchangeability, upgrades, AI services, monitoring, and subscriptions.

“I am very excited to make the first introduction of SKYX’s game-changing technologies for hotels and buildings during the grand opening of The Grand Hotel du Parc,” said Jean-François Ott, Founder of Group OTT. “By integrating SKYX’s technologies into these properties, we will cut significant time and cost while advancing the lifestyle and safety standards of our hotels and buildings.” Group OTT has developed more than 250 buildings throughout Europe over 35 years, valued at over $4 billion.

Rani Kohen, Founder and Executive Chairman of SKYX Platforms, said, “We are excited to deploy our technologies in our first European hotel collaboration in the historical hotel The Grand Hotel du Parc. We look forward to continuing to grow our hotel segment in both the U.S. and Europe, based on our advanced technologies and including the significant time and cost saving during hotel renovations and new builds.”

The Grand Hotel du Parc, formerly The Grand Medicis Hotel, is a designated historic property in the heart of La Bourboule, a leading thermal spa destination focused on health, wellness, and longevity tourism. The hotel’s integrated approach combines hospitality, residential offerings, food & beverage, and immersive experiences.

SKYX’s technologies, protected by over 100 U.S. and global patents and patent applications, aim to make homes and buildings advanced, safe, and smart instantly. The company also owns 60 lighting and home décor websites. This deployment is expected to pave the way for additional collaborations between SKYX and Group OTT on other hotels. SKYX is continuing discussions with other hotel groups and owners regarding the utilization of its smart technologies.
