Conversely, SMT Scharf will act as the exclusive dealer for all CFH Group products in South Africa via its subsidiary SMT Scharf Africa (Pty.) Ltd. This reciprocal arrangement aims to strengthen local market presence and leverage synergies between the two companies' product offerings.
