SpecialtyRx, the nation's largest privately owned long-term care pharmacy, brought its expanding national footprint to the Florida Health Care Association's 2026 Annual Conference & Trade Show, held July 26-30 at Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando, Florida. The trade show portion ran July 27-28, drawing more than 1,000 long-term care leaders and featuring a sold-out exhibition with over 300 participating companies.
Positioned at Booth 713, SpecialtyRx occupied a 20-by-20 island exhibit space, one of the largest footprints at the event. The exhibit's elevated architecture, bold purple branding, and open layout ensured visibility across the hall, making it a recognizable destination throughout the conference. The design incorporated tall branded towers, sweeping architectural elements, and large-format graphics with messages such as "National Reach. Personal Touch," "Power You Can Count On," "Clinical Excellence," "Absolute Dependability," and "Trusted by 1,000+ Facilities." The open island configuration allowed attendees to approach from multiple aisles, while illuminated graphics, curved elements, hospitality areas, and an integrated charging station fostered substantive conversations with long-term care professionals.
The exhibit was built around SpecialtyRx's national growth, clinical expertise, and personal approach to long-term care pharmacy services. SpecialtyRx currently serves approximately 350,000 patients annually through 15 full-service pharmacy locations, supporting more than 1,150 healthcare facilities across 18 states, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, rehabilitation centers, and other long-term and post-acute care providers. The FHCA exhibit translated that national presence into a physical environment that communicated scale, consistency, and accessibility.
SpecialtyRx has partnered with Purple Exhibits for approximately seven years, completing roughly six trade show exhibits together each year. The nature of that relationship was evident on opening day when the SpecialtyRx team arrived just 15 minutes before the trade show opened, confident that the exhibit would already be installed, inspected, cleaned, and ready. This allowed the team to focus entirely on welcoming attendees and engaging with industry professionals, rather than managing setup logistics.
"That moment demonstrated the confidence SpecialtyRx has in Purple," said Itzy Holczler, Head of Sales and Marketing at Purple Exhibits. "After seven years and approximately six exhibits together every year, they know we will take responsibility for every detail. Our job is to continue building winning booths for SpecialtyRx and give their team the freedom to skip the setup chaos and show up ready."
Purple Exhibits managed the complete FHCA exhibit program, including creative planning, custom exhibit design, engineering, fabrication, graphic production, shipping, logistics, venue documentation, electrical coordination, installation, pre-show testing, final quality control, on-site finishing, dismantling, and return logistics. As part of its Orlando trade show exhibit support, Purple coordinated approved early move-in access beginning at 9 a.m. on Sunday, July 26, providing sufficient time to complete and inspect the exhibit before the show floor opened. Every major graphic was reprinted, installed, and tested ahead of the event, and Purple upgraded the center curved graphic from rigid PVC to tensioned SEG fabric for a cleaner fit and more finished presentation.
This preparation allowed SpecialtyRx's marketing and executive teams to direct their full attention toward representing the company, meeting industry professionals, and strengthening relationships within the long-term care community. The completed exhibit reflected a long-term partnership in which SpecialtyRx provides the brand vision while Purple Exhibits manages the operational details required to deliver that vision on the show floor.
