Texas Functional Health Centers has launched the TRUForm Program, a comprehensive 90-day system focused on natural pain relief and rehabilitation. The program targets patients who have experienced limited success with conventional treatments such as physical therapy or injections, aiming to correct movement patterns at their fundamental level.
The TRUForm Program consists of three distinct phases designed to progressively restore function. Phase one involves neuromuscular re-education to improve communication between muscles and nerves. Phase two incorporates targeted stretching and strengthening exercises to rebuild balance and mobility. The final phase focuses on functional movement retraining to prepare patients for daily activities without pain limitations.
Dr. Jennifer Kinnear, DC BCN, explained the program's approach: "TRUForm was created for people who have already tried everything and are still searching for lasting relief. This program doesn't just manage symptoms—it rebuilds movement patterns so the body can truly heal." Early participants have reported significant improvements including better posture, reduced pain levels, enhanced coordination, and increased ability to engage in daily activities.
The program's significance lies in addressing the growing need for effective, non-invasive pain management solutions. With chronic pain affecting millions nationwide and many patients seeking alternatives to medication-based treatments, programs like TRUForm represent an important development in functional healthcare. TexasFHC will host educational workshops this fall to help Dallas residents learn more about the program. Additional information is available at https://www.texasfhc.com.
