Toblerone has announced a unique collaboration with Swarovski to create the Toblerone Crystal Bar, a hand-crafted crystal replica of the original chocolate bar, as part of a campaign called "The Ultimate Gift." The initiative, running from July 1 to July 31, 2026, will feature pop-up experiences at nine major airports worldwide, including Athens, Delhi, Doha, Dubai, Frankfurt, Madrid, New York JFK, Singapore, and Zurich. Travelers at these locations can bid in person on the crystal bars, with 100% of winning bids donated to local charity partners chosen by each airport. The auction is also open globally online, allowing anyone to participate and support these causes.

The Toblerone Crystal Bar crafted by Swarovski is an exceptionally rare series of individually numbered and certified crystal replicas, each weighing 851 grams and measuring 305 millimeters. Each bar features 546 individually cut facets, requiring 140 hours of development and 65 hours of handcrafted production using high-precision cutting technology. The collaboration underscores a shared heritage of quality and craftsmanship between the two Swiss and Austrian brands. Toblerone, born in Switzerland in 1908, is known for its distinctive triangular shape, while Swarovski, founded in Austria in 1895, is renowned for its crystal artistry.

Iain Livingston, President of Toblerone & World Travel Retail, emphasized the significance of the partnership: "Toblerone has always been more than a chocolate bar. Creating the Toblerone Crystal Bar crafted by Swarovski feels like a natural expression of who we are: a brand that takes quality seriously but never takes itself too seriously. The Ultimate Gift is exactly that and will raise funds to support brilliant causes that help make the world a better place."

For those who cannot wait for the auction, Toblerone is also launching a limited-edition Ultimate Gift Box adorned with Swarovski crystals, available exclusively in World Travel Retail throughout the campaign period. The box contains a Milk Toblerone bar, embodying the brand's motto "Never Square"—a belief that the best things in life refuse to conform. This campaign aims to highlight Toblerone's role as a travel icon and its commitment to giving back, while offering a luxurious take on a familiar gift.
