Technology company Visionstate Corp. is set to transform facility management through strategic technological innovations, focusing on artificial intelligence and regulatory compliance. The company plans to introduce a standalone inspections application and develop an advanced AI model designed to optimize facility operations.
In early third quarter, Visionstate will launch a new digital inspections application that integrates with its existing WANDA platform. This solution aims to streamline auditing processes for facility managers by digitizing cleaning quality assessments and providing enterprise-scale reporting and analytics capabilities.
The company is collaborating with the Alberta Machine Intelligence Institute (Amii) to develop an AI model that will intelligently design cleaning schedules and optimize routing. This initiative addresses the complex and time-consuming aspects of facility management by leveraging advanced artificial intelligence technologies. Visionstate anticipates completing the AI model in the fourth quarter of 2025, creating a potential new standalone product and revenue stream.
In response to Ontario's new cleaning verification legislation, O. Reg. 480/24, Visionstate has proactively updated its WANDA software to meet specific regulatory requirements. The legislation, effective January 1, 2026, mandates that employers and constructors maintain and post records of washroom cleaning activities. The company plans to focus on onboarding customers affected by this regulation during the third and fourth quarters of the year.
President Shannon Moore emphasized the transformative potential of these technological advancements, stating that by harnessing AI, the company is converting complex facility management tasks into optimized processes and establishing new industry standards.
These strategic initiatives demonstrate Visionstate's commitment to technological innovation in facility management, potentially creating significant value for businesses seeking more efficient operational solutions. By integrating advanced digital tools and artificial intelligence, the company is positioning itself to address critical challenges in maintaining and monitoring facility cleanliness and operational efficiency.
