Warner & Fitzmartin Partners Recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch

Two South Florida personal injury attorneys have earned a prestigious early-career honor. Aaron Warner and Elissa Fitzmartin, founding partners of Warner & Fitzmartin in Lake Worth, have been named to the 2027 edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in the practice area of Plaintiff's Personal Injury Litigation. The recognition is based entirely on peer review, meaning other lawyers nominate and vote on who receives it.

For Warner, the honor reflects more than a decade spent building a career around personal injury law. Early on, he represented insurance companies in personal injury cases, insight he now applies on behalf of injured clients. "I've been doing personal injury for over 10 years. I absolutely love it. There's a sport to civil litigation — at the end of the day, it really is win or lose. But the most gratifying thing is changing our clients' lives," he said.

Fitzmartin, who began her career in criminal defense before moving exclusively into personal injury law, said being selected by fellow attorneys is part of what makes the award meaningful. "Best Lawyers is one that I've been voted into by my peers, and it's nice to be recognized by people in my same industry — other lawyers who have to vote to approve me. That's what makes it special," she said.

Warner and Fitzmartin opened their Lake Worth firm to give South Florida injury victims direct access to experienced, hands-on legal representation. Both are Life Members of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and today the firm handles car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and falls, negligent security, and wrongful death claims across Palm Beach County, Broward County, and South Florida.

This recognition matters because it signals to potential clients that these attorneys have earned the respect of their peers, which can be a crucial factor when selecting legal representation. For the legal industry, peer-reviewed honors reinforce the importance of early-career excellence and client advocacy. For the community, it underscores the availability of dedicated personal injury lawyers in the region, ensuring that those harmed by negligence have access to skilled advocates.
