Reporting directly to Chairman and CEO Scott R. Perry, Tobitsch will spearhead AmeriLife's corporate development initiatives, focusing on identifying and executing acquisition opportunities, assessing their strategic alignment, and working closely with affiliates and partners to drive the company's growth ambitions.

Tobitsch brings a wealth of experience from his previous role at Marsh McLennan, a global professional services company. As Managing Director of Marsh McLennan’s Strategy & Corporate Development group, he led a team of investment professionals who deployed over $1 billion annually into global acquisitions across the insurance and investment management sectors. Tobitsch’s extensive background in investment banking, starting with Wells Fargo Securities, equips him with the expertise to drive AmeriLife's aggressive growth strategy.
