Angkor Resources Corp. has entered into a service agreement with Departure Capital Inc. for marketing and investor relations services, effective from November 12, 2025, through April 11, 2026. The five-month contract, valued at US$25,000 payable in advance, aims to expand the company's visibility within the global investment community through targeted digital marketing and investor outreach initiatives.
The partnership represents a strategic move by Angkor Resources to enhance its market presence as it advances multiple energy and mineral projects. Departure Capital will conduct a comprehensive campaign that includes producing and distributing original video content, developing a dedicated investor landing page, publishing promotional materials across its YouTube channel and social media platforms, and implementing digital advertising initiatives designed to generate investor engagement and awareness. The firm will also support email marketing efforts to further amplify investor reach.
This investor relations initiative comes at a critical time for Angkor Resources as the company pursues significant energy and mineral development projects. Through its Cambodian energy subsidiary, EnerCam Resources, the company holds an onshore oil and gas license covering 4,095 square kilometers in Cambodia's Block VIII region. After removing parks and protected areas and adding 220 square kilometers, EnerCam is actively advancing oil and gas exploration activities with the mission to establish Cambodia as an oil and gas producing nation.
The company's diversification extends beyond Cambodia through its Canadian subsidiary, EnerCam Exploration Ltd., which has been involved in oil and gas production in Saskatchewan since 2022. The Canadian operations include carbon and gas capture initiatives aimed at reducing emissions, reflecting the company's long-term commitment to environmental and social projects and cleaner energy solutions across jurisdictions.
Angkor Resources also maintains mineral exploration interests through its subsidiary Angkor Gold Corp., which holds two mineral exploration licenses in Cambodia with multiple copper and gold prospects. The engagement with Departure Capital signals the company's intention to attract broader investor attention to these diverse resource opportunities spanning both mineral and energy sectors.
Departure Capital is arm's-length to Angkor Resources, and according to the company, neither Departure Capital nor its principals currently hold any securities of Angkor, nor will they receive securities for providing these services. The marketing partnership underscores the growing importance of digital outreach in the resource sector, where companies must effectively communicate their projects and environmental commitments to attract international investment.
The timing of this investor relations campaign coincides with increased global focus on both traditional energy development and cleaner energy solutions, positioning Angkor Resources at the intersection of conventional resource extraction and emerging environmental technologies. As resource companies face growing scrutiny regarding their environmental and social governance practices, effective communication of both exploration successes and sustainability initiatives becomes increasingly crucial for maintaining investor confidence and market competitiveness.
