The All Things Are Possible Foundation (ATAP) will host its 5th Annual Community Service Awards, celebrating Burlington County residents and business leaders who demonstrate exceptional commitment to uplifting youth, strengthening families, and empowering the community. This year's event honors individuals whose dedication to service, leadership, and excellence reflects the true spirit of community engagement and social responsibility.
The 2025 ATAP Kwanzaa Community Service Award honorees represent diverse sectors of community service. Crystal Charley of Melanin and Maternal Wellness receives the Building for the Future award, while LaChia L. Bradshaw from the Burlington County Prosecutor's office earns the Courageous Leadership Award. Religious leadership is recognized through Wilfrans Joseph of Christ Baptist Church, who receives the Faith & Trust honor.
Educational and youth development contributions are highlighted through Joyce C. Payne of Willingboro/Burlington, New Jersey Orators, who receives the Hope & Inspiration award. Law enforcement representation comes through Chief Ian Bucs of Willingboro Township Police Department, honored for Humility & Strength. Business and entertainment contributions are recognized through Algernon Hall, M.B.A., of Jubilee Children's Entertainment, LLC / Algernon Hall Inspires, who receives the Peace & Unity award.
Mental health advocacy is represented by Dr. Chekesha Ellis of KayosToClarity, LLC, who earns the Perseverance award, while corporate community engagement is recognized through Christina M. Teel, M.Ed., of South Jersey Gas, who receives the Understanding & Cooperation honor. The foundation also names Naasia King as the ATAP Scholar, recognizing youth achievement and potential.
Nominations were reviewed by the ATAP Awards Committee, which selected honorees based on their unwavering commitment to creating positive change and advancing ATAP's mission of empowering the next generation. As Dr. Carlos Worthy, ATAP Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer, stated, "As we gather to celebrate these incredible honorees, we also celebrate the power of community. Each of these leaders embodies what it means to make a lasting impact."
Dr. Tiffani Worthy, ATAP Co-Founder and CEO, emphasized the broader significance of the event, noting that "This event is not just a recognition of their work—it's an invitation for all of us to be inspired and to find our own ways to make a difference." The foundation, which has operated for nearly 18 years as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, focuses on life-changing developmental programs that uplift and empower students to achieve greatness.
